The centre of attraction

In 2009 The Willow had a complete makeover and went from a slightly run down pub to today’s lively and popular pub/restaurant that has become the hub of Doddinghurst village.

The old building has been completely refurbished with a freshly painted exterior complete with flower tubs at the front and a big garden at the back, whilst inside you’re greeted with a light, spacious, modern and welcoming ambience.

As the central point of the village The Willow really does offer something for everyone. Completely family friendly, children are welcome and the garden is a testament to that with plenty of bouncy activities to keep even the most energetic youngster occupied.

Inside the main bar is comfortable and stylish, with tables for both eating and just for sitting and enjoying a drink. To the rear there’s a restaurant area (and one of the pub’s three partners is an executive chef so the menu is freshly cooked daily) and there’s also a public bar complete with big screen for sports.

From lively lunchtime diners to the slightly more formal evening atmosphere in the restaurant the menu offers something for everyone.

Whether you just want to relax with a pint and the paper or are looking for somewhere to celebrate a special occasion The Willow is just perfect!
